Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bet123 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If bet123 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, any bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where applicable.
Nothing in this clause shall limit bet123's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to protect confidential information.
